1、程序名称：Easy Web Browsing网站浏览辅助工具（简称EWB）
在下载和使用本程序之前请仔细阅读这些条款。只有当您同意这些条款时，中国残疾人联合会才会允许您使用本程序。如果您使用本程序，则将视为您已经同意了本协议的条款和条件。
本程序由国际商业机器公司（其直接或间接子公司，以下统称为“IBM公司”）或由     本程序的供应商所有，受版权保护，需要获得许可后使用，并不得出售。
术语“程序”是指原创的Easy Web Browsing网站浏览辅助工具（TM）程序及其完整拷贝或部分拷贝，包括集成到其它程序中的部分。该程序包含机器可以读取的指令、相关组件、数据、音频/可视化内容（例如图像、文本、录像或图片等）和其他相关材料。
这些条件是各方对于该程序完整且唯一的理解。

2、许可
程序的使用
您接受这些条件以后，即可将该程序下载到您的个人电脑中，随后，您就可以访问该   程序。中国残疾人联合会授予您一个非排他性许可，您可以在您的个人电脑上使用已下载的程序。
您不得：(1) 在本许可规定范围之外使用、复制、集成、发布或传播该程序；(2) 反      编译、反汇编、或以其他方法获得或试图获得该程序的源代码，但法律特别许可且没有合同弃权可能性的行为除外；或者 (3) 再许可、出租、租赁或以其它方式传播该程序。

3、不提供担保
除非法律特别禁止且没有合同弃权的可能性，否则，中国残疾人联合会将“按原样”    提供该程序，且不提供任何明示或暗含的担保，包括但不限于关于不侵犯第三方的权利、   适销性或针对特定用途的适用性的担保。
这些条款还适用于中国残疾人联合会的转包商和该程序的供应商或开发商（统称“供应商”）。制造商、供应商或出版商可能对非IBM程序提供不同的担保。

4、免责
中国残疾人联合会和供应商不对任何损失负责，包括但不限于普通损失、直接损失、   利润损失、由特殊情况引起的损失（无论是否可预见）、间接损失、由第三方要求赔偿损失引起的其他附带损失、二次损失、名誉或信誉损害，以及非经济损失。
有些司法管辖区域不允许免除或限制上述责任，所以上述免责声明可能并不适用于您。

5、除外组件
如果本章节的条款在本许可的管辖法律下被判为无效或不可执行，则这些条款不适用。下面列出的组件是“除外组件”，虽然在本“协议”或者您可能与中国残疾人联合会达成的任何其它协议中的任何条款有相反的规定，但是：
	——这种除外组件的第三方供应商（“第三方供应商”）提供的该种组件不附带任何类型的担保，且这些第三方供应商拒绝任何及所有明示或暗含的担保和条件，包括但不限于有关除外组件的所有权、不侵权或冲突的担保以及适销性和针对特定用途的适用性的暗含的担保和条件；
	——无论在何种情况下，第三方供应商均不对有关除外组件的任何损失负责，包括但不限于普通损失、直接损失、利润损失、由特殊情况引起的损失（无论是否可预见）、间接      损失、由第三方要求赔偿损失引起的其他附带损失、二次损失、名誉或信誉损害，以及非    经济损失；而且，
	——中国残疾人联合会和第三方供应商不对您负责，也不对由除外组件引起或与之相关的任何索赔为您进行辩护、赔偿或使您免于相关责任。
尽管有这些除外规定，但是在德国和奥地利，IBM 对除外组件的担保和责任仅受 IBM 许可协议中适用于德国和奥地利的相应条款的约束。
中国残疾人联合会需要为您提供的有关除外组件的声明和重要信息（包括对获取除外 组件源代码的说明等）请参见附录 A。
您对除外组件的使用受“协议”的约束，而不受附录 A 中可能包含的任何条款的约束。“协议”中包含的条款由中国残疾人联合会而非其他任何方提供。未来的程序更新或补丁包可能包含其它除外组件。如果包含，则这些其它除外组件和相关声明与信息将在程序更新或补丁包附带的另一个NOTICES（声明）文件中列出。
以下即为除外组件：
	- zlib 1.2.3

6、一般条款
如果IBM终止其对程序的许可，则您的许可也将终止，您将不能使用该程序。
如果您无法遵守这些条件，则中国残疾人联合会有可能终止有关使用该程序的本协议。
除非另有规定，否则中国残疾人联合会将不提供有关该程序的任何程序服务或其它技术服务。


附录 A：声明和信息 

A - 1：有关除外组件的声明和信息
最终用户许可提及中国残疾人联合会可以通过本文件了解在最终用户许可文件中被  视为除外组件并包含于Easy Web Browsing IPSC (EWB)的软件代码的有关声明的详细  信息。
虽然在您可能与IBM或其相关或附属的任何实体（统称“IBM”）签订的任何其它协议中的条款和条件有相反的规定，但是下面指定的第三方软件代码是“除外组件”，且受此    工作声明的条款和条件约束，而不受以下声明中可能包含的许可条款的约束。这些声明供  参考之用。

End User License - Conditions

1: Program name: Easy Web Browsing
Please read these Conditions carefully before downloading and using the Program. CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION will license the Program to you only if you consent to these Conditions. If you use the Program, it will be deemed that you have consented to the terms and conditions set forth herein. 
The Program is owned by either International Business Machines Corporation, its direct or indirect subsidiaries (collectively "IBM") or the supplier of the Program, and is copyrighted and licensed, not sold.
The term "Program" means the original Easy Web Browsing(TM) program and all whole or partial copies of it, including portions merged into other programs. The Program includes machine-readable instructions, components thereof, data, audio/visual content (such as images, text, recordings, or pictures), and related materials. 
These Conditions represent the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties with respect to the Program.

2: License
Use of the Program
Upon acceptance of these Conditions the Program will be downloaded to your personal computer and you may then access the Program. CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the downloaded Program on your personal computer.
You may not (1) use, copy, merge, distribute, or transmit the Program except as provided in this License; (2) reverse compile, reverse assemble, or otherwise obtain or attempt to obtain the source code of the Program except as specifically permitted by law without the possibility of contractual waiver; or (3) sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer, the Program. 

3: No Warranty
EXCEPT WHEN SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY LAW WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF CONTRACTUAL WAIVER, CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION PROVIDES THE PROGRAM "AS-IS," AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
These provisions also apply to subcontractors of CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION and the supplier or developer (collectively "Supplier") of the Program. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide different warranties to non-IBM Program.

4: Exclusion of Liability
Neither CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION nor the Supplier will be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, ordinary damages, direct damages, lost profit, damages arising from special circumstances whether or not foreseeable, indirect damages and other consequential damages arising from claim for damages by third parties, secondary damages, damages to reputation or prestige, and non-economic damages.  
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liabilities prescribed above, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. 

5: Excluded Component
The provisions of this section do not apply to the extent they are held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law that governs this license. The component listed below is an "Excluded Component." Notwithstanding any of the terms in the Agreement or any other agreement You may have with CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION: 
	- the third party suppliers of such Excluded Component ("Third Party Suppliers") provide the component WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND and, such Third Party Suppliers DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR INTERFERENCE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE EXCLUDED COMPONENT;
	- in no event are the Third Party Suppliers liable for any damages, including but not limited to ordinary damages, direct damages, lost profit, damages arising from special circumstances whether or not foreseeable, indirect damages and other consequential damages arising from claim for damages by third parties, secondary damages, damages to reputation or prestige, and non-economic damages, with respect to the Excluded Component; and,
	- CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION  and the Third Party Suppliers are not liable to You, and will not defend, indemnify, or hold You harmless for any claims arising from or related to the Excluded Component.
Notwithstanding these exclusions, in Germany and Austria, IBM's warranty and liability for the Excluded Component is governed only by the respective terms applicable for Germany and Austria in the IBM license agreements.
Notices and important information that CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION is required to provide to You with respect to the Excluded Component, including instructions for obtaining source code for the Excluded Component, may be found in Appendix A.
Your use of the Excluded Component is governed by the terms of the Agreement and not by any terms that may be contained in Appendix A. The terms contained in the Agreement are offered by CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION and not by any other party. Future Program updates or fixpacks may contain additional Excluded Components. Such additional Excluded Components, and related notices and information, if any, will be listed in another NOTICES file that accompanies the Program update or fixpack.
The following is the Excluded Component:

6: General
If IBM terminates its license to the Program then your license will also terminate and you will not be able to access the Program.  
If you fail to comply with these Conditions, CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION may terminate this agreement for the use of the Program.
Except when provided otherwise, CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION will not provide any program services or other technical services for the Program.


Appendix A: Notices and Information 

A - 1: Notices and Information for Excluded Component
The End User License refers CHINA DISABLED PERSONS’ FEDERATION to this file for details concerning notices applicable to software code identified as Excluded Components in the End User License document and included in the Easy Web Browsing IPSC (EWB).
Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with IBM or any of its related or affiliated entities (collectively, "IBM"), the third party software code identified below is an "Excluded Component" and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Statement of Work and not the license terms that may be contained in the notices below. The notices are provided for informational purposes.
EWB includes the following Excluded Component:  zlib 1.2.3
